Chef Carlos Rodríguez
Chef Carlos Rodríguez was inspired to choose a path in gastronomy by his grandmother’s kitchen and the exceptional products and culinary atmosphere of Cancun. He graduated in Culinary Arts from the Universidad del Caribe and gained first-hand experience alongside Chefs Henri Charvet and Michel Fournier, learning all about their exquisite knowledge of French cuisine. In 2010, he was awarded 3rd place in the Representative Dish of the Region event, in Quintana Roo. He now delights guests of Lumiere with his creations.
