José Luis Fernández Ávila
Chef Jose Luis was born in Yucatan, Mexico and he has worked in the hospitality industry since he was 16 years old. He gained a wide range of experience in different areas at renowned resorts and restaurants as he worked his way up to the position of Head Cook, enabling him to expand his expertise in Mexican cuisine, fine dining and fine cuts.
In 2011, he became certified as Chef de Cuisine, and his passion for cooking grows stronger every day as he applies it with loving creativity at Terraza.
