CHEF ÁLVARO ZEPEDA

Chef Álvaro Zepeda began working in restaurants at an early age. Inspired by his grandmother's cooking, he focused his studies in Culinary Arts Management at UVM-Glion and has honed his experience in prestigious fine dining restaurants across the country. He has managed to perfect a modernist culinary technique incorporating fresh, natural produce in each of his creations.
