Keep up your wellness routine in state-of-the-art surroundings during your stay, at our fully-equipped Blanc Fitness® centers, with expert trainers at hand. Combine unwinding by the pool with working out your upper and lower body on the highest-quality Life Fitness cardiovascular equipment, dumbbells, weights, foam rollers, and more, open from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (subject to change).
TAILOR-MADE FITNESS CLASSES*
Spinning and cardio
Focus on your cardiovascular fitness with vigorous, energizing indoor spinning classes, where your expert instructor leads the way across hills, mountains and flat terrain, in a workout to remember.
Alternatively, take your cardio workout outside and enjoy the stunning view while challenging yourself to an aquatic spinning class (available at Le Blanc Spa Resort Cancun).
You can also make your workout tropical when rising to the challenge of learning salsa, cumbia and merengue moves, in our Latin Dance workout.

Core-strengthening classes include our Pilates Reformer option, which uses the Reformer machine. Tone your muscles while you connect exercises with rhythmic breathing.
Alternatively, select the Pilates Mat-Ball option, which activates every single muscle in your body, challenging your balance through slow, controlled, and effective movements.
Build your strength, resistance and balance through the revolutionary workout method of TRX (Total Body Resistance Exercise), which consists of suspension training through the use of special straps and your own body weight.
Test your physical strength, get lean, toned and fit as you focus on different muscle groups at a time in a fast-paced Body Pump class.
Place emphasis on core strength and stability during our personal training and functional strength training sessions, using a variety of equipment and your own body weight.
