Esteban Garcia Chavez
Chef Esteban Garcia Chavez was born in Acapulco in 1985, and has enjoyed over 10 years’ experience at high-level hotel restaurants.
From 2006 to 2010, he worked at the exclusive bistro Après Diem in Atlanta, Georgia; subsequently returning to Mexico to further his career at hotels such as Banyan Tree Cabo Marques, Mundo Imperial Resort, Grand Fiesta Americana and Hyatt Regency.
Specializing in oriental cuisine, his current creations can be discovered at Blanc Asia, the oriental gem of Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos.
