Francisco Rutilo Solis
Born in Iguala, Guerrero, Chef Francisco Rutilo Solis Catalán has over 17 years’ experience as a chef.
Following 10 years’ experience in Las Vegas at hotels including The Venetian, he went on to work with famous Michelin Chef, Carlos Gaytán in Chicago, where he became adept in the highest standards of Mexican Cuisine.
In 2014, he returned to Los Cabos, Mexico, to work at luxury hotels such as ME Los Cabos and Villa del Arco Beach Resort.
His loving creations can currently be relished at Blanc International, Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos.
