Rubén Cervantes Rangel
Chef Rubén Cervantes Rangel was born in Irapuato, Guanajuato, in 1987.
Starting his career in 2007 at a small restaurant in his hometown, he later immigrated to Canada where he worked for 2 years at several Toronto restaurants.
In 2011, he returned to the Riviera Maya to work at high-end hotels such as Grand American Fiesta Coral Beach, Secrets The Vine and The Grand at Moon Palace.
His palatable creations can currently be enjoyed at the stunning Blanc Italia, Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos.
