Jessica Diaz Hernandez
Chef Jessica Diaz Hernandez was born in Acapulco, Guerrero, in 1991. The love of her roots is expressed through her specialty in Mexican cuisine and its flavors.
Having gained invaluable experience at hotels such as The Fairmont Acapulco Princess, Mayan Palace, Park Royal and El Cano Diamante, she went on to work at Bahia Principe Tulum and the opening of the largest tourist complex in Latin America.
Her current creations can be enjoyed at Blanc Ocean, Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos, where upscale dining meets Mexican-style seafood.
