Edurne Acosta
Chef Edurne Acosta has been passionate about Mexican cuisine since she was a child, which inspired her to choose a career in Gastronomy. She went on to expand her knowledge and expertise in many places, from her birthplace of Sonora to Cuernavaca, Riviera Maya, Puebla, Acapulco, Chiapas, Mexico City, Los Cabos, and New York.
Having worked as a Corporate and Executive Chef at a renowned Mexican restaurant chain for a number of years, she became part of the Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos family in 2017, where her culinary skills now delight guests at Blanc Ocean.
